International Traditional Karate-Do Gasshuku, Stara WieÅ›, 15-18 August 2024

This year’s Gasshuku in Dojo Stara Wies was filled with intensive practice of the basics and the development of explosive start techniques.
Kata study and application were based on Jitte, which offered diverse opportunities for bunkai development.

Brilliant lead from the world’s most experienced karate coaches: Sensei Justo Gomez (ITKF) and sensei Witold Kwiecinski (WTKF), supported by sensei Pawel Janusz (PUKT), multiple kata World Champion and sensei Rytis Bublevicius (Fudokan, Koryu Karate), Active Close Protection senior instructor.

Stara Wies features a unique, natural environment, the calm of nature, and an undisturbed source of energy. Three and a half days filled with 3-4 training sessions a day, passed in a proverbial blink of an eye. We are already looking forward to Gasshuku 2025.
